Region Group, owner of Miami One Shopping Centre will be embarking on a project to improve the centre, reinforcing its role in providing essential services to both locals and tourists, with a focus on promoting healthy lifestyles. The project will include the installation of License Plate Recognition Parking System with 3-hour free parking, as well as aesthetic upgrades to the car park. Additionally, the centre will see a series of activities to update and refresh the centre’s existing exterior façade, furniture, and wayfinding. Plus, improvements to the landscaping, mall furnishings and centre amenities.

What sort of activity will be undertaken during construction?
To deliver the exciting transformation of Miami One Shopping Centre, reconfiguration works need to be undertaken. We understand that this will cause disruption and we are taking all steps we can to minimise this. ​

Construction will start from July 2024 and stagger until all elements are complete by approximately February 2025.
